THE SCHOOL CURRICULUM

Alongside the Islamic courses that the Darul Uloom has to offer, we also provide Secondary Education for boys in accordance to the National Curriculum. School classes take place from 11:30am and finish at 4:30pm, with four lessons per day. The lessons are balanced so as to give students a solid secondary education while they also complete their Islamic studies. The school provides ten subjects for students, of which eight are taught to a GCSE level. The madrasa offers upto eleven GCSE’s which are as follows:

  • English Language
  • English Literature
  • Mathematics
  • Combined Science
  • History
  • Religious Education
  • Computer Science
  • Arabic
  • Urdu

As for the school subjects which are not taught to GCSE level, they are:

  • Geography
  • Physical Education
  • Art
  • Drama
  • Nasheeds (Vocal)
